Prudence Sinclair, LLC

About me - Prudence 'Prue" Sinclair Some people find their calling in a classroom or a boardroom. Prue found hers in the quiet, sacred space between heartbreak and healing — because she has lived there herself. For over a decade, Prue has been writing and walking alongside people through some of life's most tender and turbulent moments. Through Prue's Place, she has created more than a coaching practice — she has created a sanctuary. A place where grief is honoured, trauma is witnessed without judgment, and the human spirit is gently guided back to itself. Prue knows what it feels like to stand at the edge of your own darkness and wonder if the light will ever return. Her own journey through struggle became the foundation of everything she offers — not just knowledge, but lived understanding. That hard-won wisdom is what makes her presence so powerful and her approach so deeply human. With a warm heart and a grounded soul, Prue blends life coaching, emotional healing, spiritual guidance, and mindset work into a holistic experience that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are navigating grief and loss, recovering from trauma, or simply longing to reconnect with who you truly are, Prue holds space for all of it — with compassion, patience, and unwavering belief in your ability to heal. Over ten years of writing has also allowed Prue to share her insights with a wider world — weaving words that comfort, inspire, and remind people that they are never truly alone on this journey. At Prue's Place, you are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person to be seen, heard, and gently guided home to yourself.

Week 1 - A Letter from Prue - The Ground is Moving

First, I owe you all a big apology. My email provider changed their process, and I accidentally sent out Week 2 of our 8-week series last week. Don't you just hate it when you finally learn something, get it working well, and then they go and change it on you? Now I have to relearn the whole program! So if you got a strange email from me last week, that's why. I'm so sorry for the mix-up, and thank you for your patience while I find my feet again. The good news is that we're starting properly...

Prue's Place - Steady Ground: Healing in an Unsettled World

A Letter from Prue · Steady Ground: Healing in an Unsettled World - 8 Week Series It’s Sunday morning, lovely you. Grab your cup of tea, settle in, and join me in week 2 of our new eight-week series, Steady Ground: Healing in an Unsettled World. I’m so glad you’re here. Week 2: Where Worry Lives in the Body Last week I asked you to place a hand wherever you feel the unsettledness most. If you tried it, you may have been surprised by where your hand went. For some people it’s the chest, or a...

Hello, lovely you. The first warm days of spring have arrived and, as usual, I’ve been standing in the yard, assessing my garden with a calculating eye. There are the plants that made it through, plants that didn’t, and the ones that look alive… until I take a closer look and realize they’re not coming back. I used to rush this part and just cut everything down, clear it out, and make it look clean again. A fresh start to a new season. But the last few years I have slowed way down and really...

Hello, lovely YOU! We’ve had quite the incredible dazzling displays in the Heavens above us! Some of us were lucky enough to catch the recent total solar eclipse, while others stood in awe at the spectacular pink and green Northern Lights, brought to us by solar flares. It seems that these other worldly events have left people with a sense of awe and childlike wonder they haven’t felt in a very, very long time. The truth is, we can feel this awe and wonder each and every day when we recognize...

Celebrating a Decade of Healing, Hope and Each Other When I started Prue's Place ten years ago, I had no idea who would read it. I only knew I needed somewhere to put the things I was learning about healing, the quiet, hard-won lessons that don't fit neatly into a conversation over coffee. I hoped a few people might find them useful. What I didn't expect was you. Over this decade, this little corner of the internet has become something I never could have planned. It has been a place where...

Another amazing photo by Ryan Zipp - https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Series 6: This is the last one in this current series. More to come! If Nothing Changed, Would I Be Okay With That? Hello, lovely you! Over the past few weeks, I've invited you into a series of conversations that don't always have easy answers. Together, we've explored the difference between comfort and genuine fulfillment. We've talked about the fears that quietly keep us where we are, the ways we shape our lives...

What am I Tolerating that I shouldn't be?

Photo Attribute to my dear friend, Ryan. https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Series 5: What am I Tolerating that I Shouldn't be Hello, lovely you! Over the past few weeks, we've been exploring some pretty tough questions together. We've talked about the difference between comfort and fulfillment, the fears that keep us from changing our lives, and the quiet ways we shape our decisions around other people's expectations. As I reflect on those conversations, another question has stayed with...

“Race Point Fire” Photo Attribute: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Series 4: Am I Actually Happy or Just Comfortable Hello, lovely you! Every once in a while, a question finds us at exactly the right time. It lingers in the background while we're driving to work, washing dishes, or lying awake at night. We try to answer it quickly, but it has a way of returning because, somehow, it knows there's something deeper waiting beneath our first response. Over the next few weeks, I'd love to...

Photo Attribute to my friend, Ryan.https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto/ Series 3 - Who am I Trying to Impress? Hello, lovely you! A few weeks ago, I was talking with a friend who had been wrestling with a decision for months. We walked through every angle of it together, and as I listened, I noticed something I don't think either of us realized at first. Nearly every question she asked was about someone else's reaction. "What will my family think?" "I don't know how I'd explain it."...

Photo Attribute: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Series 2 - Conversations You Avoid Having With Yourself Series Hello, lovely you! I've often said that a cancer diagnosis is a wake-up call of the highest order. Because when something interrupts life that dramatically, it has a way of stripping away all the distractions we've been hiding behind. The conversations we've been putting off suddenly become impossible to ignore. People usually come to me looking for guidance around their...
