Prudence Sinclair, LLC

About me - Prudence 'Prue" Sinclair Some people find their calling in a classroom or a boardroom. Prue found hers in the quiet, sacred space between heartbreak and healing — because she has lived there herself. For over a decade, Prue has been writing and walking alongside people through some of life's most tender and turbulent moments. Through Prue's Place, she has created more than a coaching practice — she has created a sanctuary. A place where grief is honoured, trauma is witnessed without judgment, and the human spirit is gently guided back to itself. Prue knows what it feels like to stand at the edge of your own darkness and wonder if the light will ever return. Her own journey through struggle became the foundation of everything she offers — not just knowledge, but lived understanding. That hard-won wisdom is what makes her presence so powerful and her approach so deeply human. With a warm heart and a grounded soul, Prue blends life coaching, emotional healing, spiritual guidance, and mindset work into a holistic experience that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are navigating grief and loss, recovering from trauma, or simply longing to reconnect with who you truly are, Prue holds space for all of it — with compassion, patience, and unwavering belief in your ability to heal. Over ten years of writing has also allowed Prue to share her insights with a wider world — weaving words that comfort, inspire, and remind people that they are never truly alone on this journey. At Prue's Place, you are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person to be seen, heard, and gently guided home to yourself.

Who am I Trying to Impress?

Photo Attribute to my friend, Ryan.https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto/ Series 3 - Who am I Trying to Impress? Hello, lovely you! A few weeks ago, I was talking with a friend who had been wrestling with a decision for months. We walked through every angle of it together, and as I listened, I noticed something I don't think either of us realized at first. Nearly every question she asked was about someone else's reaction. "What will my family think?" "I don't know how I'd explain it."...

Photo Attribute: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Series 2 - Conversations You Avoid Having With Yourself Series Hello, lovely you! I've often said that a cancer diagnosis is a wake-up call of the highest order. Because when something interrupts life that dramatically, it has a way of stripping away all the distractions we've been hiding behind. The conversations we've been putting off suddenly become impossible to ignore. People usually come to me looking for guidance around their...

Photo Attribute to my friend, Ryan.https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto/ Am I Actually Happy or Just Comfortable Hello, lovely you! Welcome to our new series about conversations you avoid having with yourself!! Every once in a while, a question finds us at exactly the right time. It lingers in the background while we're driving to work, washing dishes, or lying awake at night. We try to answer it quickly, but it has a way of returning because, somehow, it knows there's something deeper...

Photo Attribute to my friend Ryan Zipp - https://www.facebook.com/ryanzipp Hello lovely YOU! These days it seems most everyone I know is feeling stressed. And not just a little stressed, but completely stressed out and exhausted! Stress wreaks absolute havoc on the body from head to toe. Stress causes an overload on the adrenals, thyroid and sex hormones that in turn, completely weaken the immune system, allowing disease to take hold. The good news is, understanding the interplay between...

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Hit reply and let me know. I didn’t come to gratitude in a calm moment. It showed up somewhere in the middle of treatment, when everything felt tight and heavy and I was getting tired of pretending I was handling it well. There was a day I remember clearly. I was in the...

Wow! What a great shot by my friend, Ryan - Photo Attribution: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Hello, lovely you! When I was finally told I was cancer free, there was a part of me that expected something to click back into place, like life would quietly return to the shape it had before all of it happened. I thought I would step back into my routines, my relationships, my way of thinking, and it would feel familiar again. But it didn’t. The life I had before didn’t quite fit, and the...

Photo Attribute:https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto This is the 6th blog post in our “Spiritual Lessons to Create the Life You Love” series! Hello, lovely you. During my cancer journey 30+ years ago, I remember waking up one morning and feeling… decent. Not great, but my body didn’t feel like it was dragging me down. I made herbal tea and stood near the counter longer than usual that morning, like if I moved too fast I might lose whatever this was. I started thinking maybe things were...

The Courage to Receive

New England Tulip Heaven - Photo Attribute: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto Hello, lovely you. This is the fifth post in our eight-part series on the spiritual lessons that shape the life you dream of. I didn’t realize how tightly I had built my identity around being the one who could handle things until I couldn’t anymore. Before cancer, I was steady in a way that looked admirable from the outside. I showed up, followed through, and kept things moving. If something needed to be done,...

Photo Attribution: https://www.facebook.com/ryanzippphoto/photos Hello, lovely you. I used to think I had all the time in the world. In my twenties, before my cancer diagnosis, I moved through life as if the next day, the next moment, was guaranteed. Plans, appointments, errands, social invitations I treated like they were endlessly renewable. Life felt infinite, and I believed I could always catch up later. Most of us live this way. We postpone, defer, and assume there will always be another...
